| FEBRUARY 3, 2025 -- Here we are in February already! Look on the bright side of everything and try to find your AWE daily. We had a wonderful Lecturer’s program at Vernon Grange last night. All about finding your awe. Think back on experiences of awe and wonder. New experiences increase the odds we will find something awe inspiring. As Roald Dahl said: “and above all watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you.” Finding awe around you will lift your spirits.
While doing that you may find something that has been discarded. Can you think of something to make with it? Do you have something broken from Christmas? Can you remake it into a nice craft for our Recycle a craft project? It doesn’t have to be something large; it can be anything at all. Google is your friend here once you see something you want to try. It can give you all kinds of ideas. How are your needlework entries coming along? Stuck for ideas? Try asking your fellow Grangers for patterns and ideas.
