It was one of those times that Zoom was a way for people to show up and be counted. It was a date for other activities. This is the season of Book sales, Yard sales, Plant sales and Graduations and Weddings too. Our Grange time is getting squeezed. Thus, Zoom is the answer. There were 5 members and a guest present and 4 on zoom. Our guest was Deputy Ted Beebe from Coventry Grange. Discussion was on Farm Crop Insurance and the impact it will have on both farmers and consumers. Followed by election of officers. Congratulations to all. Among the officers-elect are: Master- Nancy Strong; Overseer- Irene Percoski; and Sec.-Carol Nelson.

Cherie did a grand short program on a Cup of Joe. This term came about when Secretary of the navy Josephus Daniels, banned alcohol on all navy ships in 1914. Since Coffee was the next strongest drink, The sailors named it a cup of Josephus which was shortened to cup a joe. We then collected $ to send some coffee to our deployed military. A motion was made to postpone our August.
