Deputies' Corner
Inspections are now underway

By Todd Gelineau, General Deputy

  APRIL 2, 2011 --

The Schools of Instruction are finally wrapping up after long delay from the hard winter.  The dedication of the Deputy force is greatly appreciated.  We have asked a lot of this new team and they have gone above and beyond to carry out their responsibilities.  Each Deputy is required to visit each Grange at least 2 or 3 times during the year... multiplied by the number of Granges in their Pomonas... this is a major committment in addition to their responsibilities to their own Community & Pomona Granges.  Thank you all!

Inspections are now getting underway.  This is also a new process for Granges.  We hope you will let us know your opinions (both positive and negative).  Please contact your Deputy if you need any assistance with ritual.  We are hearing some members questioning why ritual was not covered in Pomona Schools.  The Deputies are always available to Community Granges for instruction on all aspects of the ritual.  They are a resource... please utilize their expertise.

We hope all Granges are entering the Ritual Challenge... try it even if you don't think you can win... you might be surprised!
