January has not been a good month for Tuesday night meetings. The first meeting of the month was canceled and the second meeting was moved to Zoom. Hopefully the trend will be better going in to February.
At our January meeting, the members reviewed the status of
Trinity Reformed Church’s use of the Grange hall for their weekly services. With only a couple of hiccups, it has gone well and the Grange has offered the church a lease. We hope to have all of this finalized during February.
The addition of Trinity Church gives Winchester three monthly renters (Post Office, State Grange and the Church) along with ongoing winter storage rentals in our garage space. This additional income is certainly welcome as our heating and insurance expenses are great.
