March 2022 News from Taghhannuck Grange No. 100

By Barbara Prindle

  March 7, 2022 --

Mar. 10:  Hobbies - Mike Taylor - virtual meeting on Zoom

April 14:  Spring Cleaning In & Out- All at the Hall (outside)

At our February meeting Bill Palmer made a short video  for the Lecturer’s program about blacksmithing. You can go to our Facebook page “Taghhannuck Grange No. 100” to watch it.   He also displayed some of his work.

Also at our February meeting we worked to finalizing the application for our EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) Scholarship program. EMRs are trained to provide life- saving care for their patients. EMRs receive over 50 hours of training in a state-approved course before they can begin providing service.

This will be an ongoing community service program to help pay for their training.

We will begin the Heirloom Program being promoted by National Grange in March. Our March meeting will be on Zoom and we always enjoy visitors. Email for the Invitation Link to: taghhannuckgrange@gmail.com and I will send it to you.
