| September 6, 2021 -- At our regular Grange meeting in August we had the Obligation Ceremony for two new members, John Brett and Jane Strong. We now have music back in our Hall thanks to John who plays the guitar and did the opening and closing song. We also discussed the first 10 resolutions and seven of them were looked on favorably. I am sad to say that we also thought to be on the safe side, because of the Covid variant, we are not having our picnic.
Our September meeting will be on Sept. 9th with 7:00 refreshments and 7:30 meeting. The program is “Surprise” with everyone participating.
Debbie Hanlon is planning our booth for the Cornwall Agricultural Fair on Saturday, Sept. 11th from 10:00 to 3:00. She had quite a few members volunteer to help that day. It is the real thing with many old-time skills being demonstrated and a big pile of hay bales that the kids love to play on. We will again have the giant bubbles. Come and try your hand at bubble making and also say hello when you are there. Get your picture taken with Luna.
