| DECEMBER 8, 2018 --
On Oct. 1 at our regular meeting we had 12 members, 1 from Senexet and one guest was present. Several members were absent. Dr. Cranston Briggs, wife Millie were absent, as Mr. Briggs was ill. Meeting was about bluegrass. We had a Ham & Bean Supper in November.
We met in the Dining Room for our Oct. 15 meeting as the hall was being set-up for bluegrass. For new members we have a committee or designated person to call new members and let them know about the time and dates for our meetings.
We draped the charter for Dr. Cranston Briggs who passed away earlier in the week. He was one of our 50 year members.
We discussed our Ham & Bean Supper on November 14th and a breakfast at our Craft Fair on Nov. 10. We also discussed having a fish fry with the Lions Club during Lent. We discussed getting a grant to repair and upkeep of the Grange Building. |
