| September 15, 2018 -- Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month at the Prospect Community Center.
We had an annual picnic catered by a former Junior Granger and enjoyed an enormous amount of delicious food with 17 in attendance. The weather was perfect. We were saddened with the loss of Marguerite Moran, a longtime member and friend.
We were hit hard this year with our Lecturer being sick and battling cancer and our Chaplain with heart problems and our Treasurer with illness as well. Our Secretary has had several bad days as well, but we manage to keep going.
Our programs have been fun and interesting through it all and we look forward to the new Grange year and what it has to offer. |
