On September 8 we learned about hurricanes and tornadoes and played some games that kept us on our toes. On Sept. 22 the Cameron/Barnes Installing Team installed our Officers in a lovely candlelit ceremony. Thank you, Jody, Jeff and team.
We hold only one meeting in November and December. As yet we do not know what the November program will be; but we know it will be fun. Looking forward to December, our Christmas party will be held on December 8. The hall will be decorated for the holiday and Santa will be there to bring cheer to all. Please bring the children; and be sure to bring a wrapped present for each with his or her name clearly written on the package. Leave them in the kitchen and they will find their way into Santa’s bag. And if those pesky hurricanes will just stay away from our New England shore, next time I’ll tell you all about optimistic October.
