Love to cook, but don't know all your different knife cuts? Simsbury Grange is having a Culinary Knife Skills Class on November 6, 2017 from 6:00 - 7:30 pm, at Simsbury Grange Hall, 236 Farms Village Road, Simsbury, CT. This event is hosted by Millwrights and the Children's Clubhouse.

Join Chef de cuisine Niles Talbot for an evening of sharpening your culinary skills! He'll demonstrate several different techniques, and you'll go home with the fixin's for the most beautiful (and flavorful!) Lyonnaise Potatoes. 

Reservations only, class size is limited. For only $25, you'll have the confidence to safely prepare the most elegant dishes, just in time for the holidays!
