| MAY 14, 2015 -- Our snowbirds are returning home to their flock, as the Hillstown Grangers look forward to the spring finally! We have had good attendance at our monthly open meetings- inviting the public to our Grange hall to discuss and dream about our gardens this year! We had a good meal, great fellowship and free seeds! We were then able to focus our second meeting during the month on business.
Last year we started with our monthly pancake breakfasts and have a following of people that truly look forward to a good breakfast and company. We plan on holding our pancake breakfast through the first Saturday in June then starting back up in October. Great deal for $5- all you can eat pancakes, hot coffee and our special warm pecan syrup!
Every year we all look forward to our “Western Night” with the Yankee Blue Grass Jammers – this year was no different- It was a great way to finish up our Grange Month activities! Happy spring everyone! And Happy Memorial Day! |
