| MARCH 10, 2015 -- At our January 9th meeting we were given some exercises to help us improve our balance and prevent falls- a much needed skill for some of us. On January 23rd we were honored by a visit from our State Master and Hank the Burrow. The program was given by Jeff Schneider, a senior pyrotechnical with Grucci Fireworks. His pictures of the magnificent displays put on by Grucci, both in the U.S. and abroad, had us all in awe.
In March we will have a surprise program on the 13th; but that evening is the deadline for entries in the Talent and A-Number contest. Calling all talented members. Your program/number is limited to 6 minutes (including set-up). Call the Lecturer or Secretary for details if you would like to participate. The Lecturer’s State Program, “What’s Cookin?” will be presented on the 27th. Let’s hope Sue has another winner. And if Old Man Winter will just give us a break and send his blizzards elsewhere, next time I’ll tell you all about freaky February.
