| NOVEMBER 25, 2013 -- Meriden Grange No. 29, at 540 Broad Street, Meriden, CT will hold two events on December 7th.
Meriden Grange invites animal lovers to have their pet's photo taken with Santa Claus. Six dollars per printed photo, ten dollars for two. This is open to the public and will be held up in the main meeting hall from 10 AM to 2 PM. Light refreshments will be available. Please, no reptiles.
Meriden Grange will have a Pasta and Meatballs supper from 5:00 to 6:30 PM down in our dining room. A donation of non-perishable foods will be taken at the door to benefit the food pantries in Meriden.
This is open to the public with the admission price of $9.00 for adults and $4.50 for children. Take-outs will be available. Along with the pasta and meatballs, tossed salad and dessert will also be served.
For more than 125 years, Meriden Grange has been active in the local community, holding numerous programs and dinners and raising money for local organizations in the past several years like the Meriden Soup Kitchen and Meriden Humane Society, as well as hosting their popular annual fair each September.
