| APRIL 9, 2013 -- Two of our meetings had to be canceled due to inclement weather. We are all more than ready for this winter to go away. We enjoyed a program on Washington, Lincoln and Valentine’s Day at our only February meeting. A game quizzing teams on teh three subjects we were not too knowledgeable on any of them; but the basket of heart-shaped chocolates that was passed around helped ease the pain. Two applications for membership were read at this meeting.
Our April 12 meeting will be in the charge of the Agricultural Committee. This program is always a lot of fun. We will honor our Community Citizen and long-time members on April 26th. We hope you will join us for these two very enjoyable evenings. And if this wind will just stop turning my bird feeders into amusement park rides, next time I’ll tell you all about merry March.
