| APRIL 13, 2012 -- Quinebaug Pomona Grange will once again have a booth at Brooklyn Fair and this year’s co-chairmen, Jodi Ann Cameron and Shelley Racine, are requesting assistance. The profits from this booth allow us to fund the many things that the Pomona does each year. Without this booth, the Pomona dues would have to be raised, and many donations and projects would cease to be funded. After last year’s tropical storm and the loss we suffered, it is especially important that the booth is a success this year. To do so, we need volunteers to man the booth during the four days of Brooklyn Fair, August 23-26, 2012 and to help with set up and clean up. It takes 15-20 people per day to operate the booth during the fair. If anyone is able to help for a few hours on any day, please contact Jodi Ann Cameron at 860-564-7614 or jodianncameron@yahoo.com.
