| SEPTEMBER 7, 2011 -- Winchester Grange has been busy, busy, busy! Our annual Grange Fair and Flea Market was held on Saturday, August 13 with an excellent turnout of fairgoers and exhibits. An excellent profit was also realized. Our thanks go to the many members and friends of Winchester Grange who donated prizes for our drawing. We even had 100 gallons of home heating oil donated by Klebe Fuel! Thanks to all!
Our Awards Night and Picnic was held on Aug. 23 with nearly 60 members and guests in attendance for the festivities. We congratulate all of the award recipients but especially congratulate Phil Hurlbut and Bud Beecher who BOTH received 75 year certificates.
Our fall activities get into full swing with our Fall Super Prize Party on Saturday Sept. 10 at 7:00 P.M. (doors open at 6:00 PM), our Giant Tag Sale during Winchester Center Day on Oct. 15 from 9 to 2 and our Holiday Bazaar and Cookie Walk on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 9 to 2. |
