MARCH 28, 2011 -- Living happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible and fun will be explored at a Health and Lifestyle Workshop titled "A Call to Action" sponsored by Norwich Grange on Wednesday, April 13 at 7:00 PM. The workshop will be held at Norwich Grange Hall, and admission is free and open to the community.
The workshop will be presented by Superior Life Balance, and will feature speaker Micheline Lavoie, CHHC, AADP. Lavoie is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
“The mission of Superior Life Balance is to play a crucial role in bringing awareness to improve the health and happiness of Americans and cause people to transform their lives to live a better Journey,” said Lavoie.
Topics at the workshop will include the effects of processed foods, the crisis in America and preventable diseases, losing weight without a diet, and how education and awareness can save lives.
