| AUGUST 24, 2010 -- How are your baked goods and needlework skills?
The Simsbury Grange has scheduled its annual agricultural and community fair for Saturday, Aug. 28.
The fair features exhibits from local growers and crafts-makers, but contests open to the public are also held in five categories: baked goods, flowers, vegetables, fruit and needlework. A bake, plant and tag sale including quilted items, will also be part of the event.
