May 22: “Memorial Program”
We were honored to be visited by Past Voting Delegate Noel Miller and State Overseer Ted Powell at our March 13 meeting. It was “Ritual Night” and everyone enjoyed a rousing game of “Grangeopoly”, a game invented by our Lecturer, Sue Pianka. We also initiated Susan Grufsted that evening. Susan has been attending meetings and helping us with decorating the hall for special occasions for quite some time and we are happy to welcome her to our family.
Members have been helping Sue out with programs this year due to Sue’s need to spend more time with family. The programs Cheree presents are always interesting and enjoyable (as are Sue’s). On the 22 we will remember veterans and Grangers who have joined the Great Grange Above. And if the bouquet of daffy buds I brought in from the garden will just pop open so we can believe spring is really here next time we will tell you all about awesome April.
