The Quilts of Valor Program offers comforting quilts to veterans of all wars. Join us on this date for the first class to make quilts. Future classes will be held monthly on the first and third Monday of every month until Veteran's Day. Participants will be able to learn this skill to help towards a finished quilt that will be done by the Grange Fair. A ceremony will then be held on Veteran’s Day to present to a Veteran. SAVE THE DATE for this year's Wallingford Grange Fair! Enter your produce, flowers, baked and canned goods, your needlework, or handcrafted items. Or just come to browse the entries. There will be several children's activities in our "Backyard Shenanigans" kid zone, ensuring a good time for all youngsters. Other fun activities planned include chicken coop bingo, touch a truck, live music, and demos focused on sewing, crocheting, and operating a hand radio. There will also be several craft vendors and non- profits. Lunch will be available.
