| August 15, 2020 -- The Whigville Grange has started holding meetings again. The new well is in, thanks to the Whigville Preservation group’s efforts. Through the kindness of a local Eagle Scout, Albert, the interior has been painted. His project included new curtains as well. Our next meeting is August 19 at 7:00 P.M. This is one week later than usual. Everyone is welcome, as we can certainly social distance! We have held a successful “no bake” bake sale. This involved contacting members and friends who usually support our efforts, and asking them to donate what they would have spent. No pie day this summer to prepare the delicious pies we offer at our fair and Burlington Tavern Day. Stay safe brothers and sisters. May your gardens thrive, but not your weeds!
